[CHARACTER INFO]
CHARACTER NAME: Bruce Wayne | BATMAAAAN
SERIES: BATMAN (1960s TV series)
CHRONOLOGY: What Issue/Episode/Major Event are they coming into the RP from?
CLASS: The very campiest hero to ever hero

BACKGROUND:
What is your character’s world like? What is their role in it? In what major canon events did your character play a part, how did your character affect these events, and vice versa? If applicable, what important relationships do they have with other characters in this series?

This doesn’t have to be terribly detailed, but we’d like a good picture of their canon to draw from. Please make sure you explain anything particularly series-specific or that we might not understand, and also that it’s in your own words.

PERSONALITY:
Normally when considering Batman, one imagines a vigilante only just skirting madness, vengeance roaring through his veins - a dark and mysterious figure, crouched on some gothic rooftop beside a gargoyle or two as he broods from within the folds of his shadowy cape, flickering streetlights illuminating a grim facade and lending an eerie, otherworldly quality to his features.

For this Batman, that just ain't so.

What is your character like, in at least two paragraphs? What are their dreams, their fears, their general quirks and the issues that make them who they are, and does their personality shift in any way after or before the point you are taking them from? If they are from a different or alternate universe, or if their personality radically shifts due to events during the point in time that you are taking them from, how is their new personality different from their normal one?

POWER:
Text Effects: Whenever he gets in a fight, large block letters in various colors with appropriate onomatopoeia ('bam' 'pow' 'whap' 'fizz' etc) will appear in the air at appropriate moments.

Labelled at Will: Bruce will be able to spontaneously create labels for any situation.

Super Not-Dying Powers: Due to me not wanting to have him die every single time he runs into a villain from any version of DC that is not his, etc, Bruce is going to be exceptionally difficult to kill, and heal very quickly. He's not quite immortal, but it's close to the next best thing.

[CHARACTER SAMPLES]
COMMUNITY POST (VOICE) SAMPLE: How your character will be addressing the game at large. This sample should follow the same rough format as Cape&Cowl proper — a first-person, text/audio/video-based, intentional post to an internet community. Preferably more than a paragraph in length, this sample is to show us your character's unique voice. If you can make us laugh or outright scare the pants off us, you’re doing a good job!

LOGS POST (PROSE) SAMPLE: "Gentlemen," Batman said solemnly, his voice soft and sincere, "Here is a special hotline batphone. I hope that you will consider calling to employ my assistance, should you find the capricious capers of costumed criminals to be too much for you.

"And now I fear I must leave you, for as a costumed crime-fighter there are many other such matters that I must attend to. But remember, when you have need of me, all you need to do is call!"

The caped crusader spun on his heel, cape whipping behind him, and dashed out the door. The fact that his Batmobile was not here was an inconvenience, but luckily he had been careful to keep in meticulous shape, and could jog great distances at a reasonably respectable rate. If only, he lamented, there was some way for him to carry equipment such as the Batcopter, or Batmobile, as he always carried his dehydrated suits, in case of an emergency such as he currently found himself in. And if only his young ward and partner were here as well. Batman felt half-blind without Dick - or, at least, the version of Dick which he was most used to - just as he felt very much at loose ends without Alfred to back him up, and oddly free without Aunt Harriet to make up excuses for.

After the loss of Robin, perhaps his greatest gripe was the equally exasperating loss of his Batcomputer, and its collection of data and criminal databanks. Still, this new engine that his communicator seemed able to run - Google - seemed to have access to near infinite data, which began to solve one side of the problem, despite the fact that certain pages of information were of questionable worth. The Police here would doubtless have a database of criminals, which Batman would doubtless be allowed to copy, should he ask politely. All that he needed to do was start truly rebuilding things.

And at least he had retained his utility belt.

A scream came from a window above, as he jogged down a side street, which instantly caused the masked marauder to skid to a stop and look around. There! Third story, there was smoke! His duty was clear.

Batman pulled his batarang and batrope from their carefully labeled pouches, attached one to the other, and tossed the tool up, to twist around a twined steel decorative bar, bolted to the balcony. Jumping, he swiftly scaled the batrope, and raced into the apartment, hoping to find a fire extinguisher.

FINAL NOTES:
He's Batman!

You all can blame olesia for this round of terrible.
